The alliance will offer free, high-quality manufacturer Revit content for engineers and architects via [AVAIL Select](https://getavail.com/select/). AVAIL Selectcan be accessed for free through the [AVAIL Marketplace](https://getavail.com/marketplace/). Focused initially on Revit content for MEP engineers, the [AVAIL Select MEP Channel](https://blog.getavail.com/avail-select-mep) currently hosts thousands of high-quality Revit Family files from over 40 industry-leading manufacturers such as NIBCO, Caleffi Hydronic Solutions, Daikin, and Rheem, [among many others.](https://blog.getavail.com/avail-select-mep#list) The AVAIL Select Architectural Channel has also launched with Revit Family files from Kalwall, Legrand-Chief, Legrand Da-Lite, and others. Instead of having to go to each manufacturer's website and navigate to the desired Revit files in the midst of project workflows, engineers and designers can now use AVAIL to access the Revit Family files they need with ease. ![Over 40 manufacturers are represented in the AVAIL Select MEP | Commercial Channel.](https://blog.getavail.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AVAIL-select_logos.png?width=825&height=498&name=AVAIL-select_logos.png) *Over 40 manufacturers are represented in the AVAIL Select MEP Channel.*   Revit files in AVAIL include associated Type Catalogs which are downloaded automatically with each Revit Family. Users can also drag and drop files from the AVAIL Desktop to a desired Revit project. AVAIL’s newest feature [Related Content](https://blog.getavail.com/why-related-content)—now available to AVAIL customers with the [AVAIL 5.0](https://blog.getavail.com/au-2024) Preview Release—will further enhance AVAIL Select for engineers and designers. The new feature provides the ability to connect vital companion documents such as product catalogs, manuals, specifications, environmental product declarations (EPDs), and more to Revit Families. These documents can be connected to single-source-of-truth locations provided by the manufacturers and remain connected to Revit Families in AVAIL after initial download, ensuring engineers and designers are always retrieving the latest information.  To see an example of Related Content on a Revit Family file in AVAIL Select, [download the AVAIL 5.0 Preview Release](https://app.getavail.com/preview) and search for “deluge valve.”   ![Data sheets, UL certifications, and technical, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals are connected to a Cla-Val Company Globe Valve Revit Family in AVAIL Select’s MEP | Commercial Channel.](https://blog.getavail.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AVAIL-select_related%20content.png?width=825&height=550&name=AVAIL-select_related%20content.png) *Data sheets, UL certifications, and technical, installation, operation, and maintenance manuals are connected to a Cla-Val Company Revit Family in AVAIL Select’s MEP Channel. *   Interested in seeing more manufacturers represented in AVAIL?
