The AVAIL Select - MEP | Commercial Channel, in particular, hosts over 5,000 Revit MEP files from over 40 manufacturers to provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers with the trusted .rfa and .rvt files they need for Revit projects.
AVAIL Select - MEP Commercial is available for free on AVAIL’s secure marketplace. Download AVAIL to get started.
Electrical, general facility services products, and HVAC Revit files from trusted manufacturers such as Goodman or Westlake Pipe & Fittings can be easily searched and found in AVAIL’s content management platform through AVAIL’s system of tags and filters. Then, simply download the files you need, one file at a time or in bulk.

Easily install AVAIL for AVAIL Select access
To access AVAIL Select, users must first download AVAIL, which is available for free at getavail.com.
AVAIL Select Channels are also available for free on AVAIL’s Marketplace. Simply subscribe to the Channel, and it will appear in your Channels for use.
Get started downloading AVAIL and subscribing to AVAIL Select - MEP | Commercial.
On the AVAIL platform, click over from “Channels” in the top left corner into “Marketplace” to subscribe to AVAIL Select - MEP | Commercial Channel. Once subscribed, it will appear back in your “Channels.”
A frictionless future: AI and ML
At AVAIL, we are always working to help customers find the information they need even faster. Today, that means using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies. We’re running a few experiments on our MEP Channel accordingly.
Our AI Chatbot, for example, has chewed through manufacturer documents in the MEP Channel to help engineers query for specific needs. Additionally, we are working on a Related Content feature that will eventually associate content automatically, suggesting related families like those from our MEP Channel in projects for increased design and engineering efficiency.
