That’s why we’re excited to introduce our latest innovation: the AVAIL Help Chatbot.
Powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and AVAIL’s Help Center documentation, Help Chatbot lives in the AVAIL Desktop platform and is here to answer your AVAIL questions in real time.
This intelligent assistant is the first of what we imagine to be many more AVAIL custom chatbots that will make it easier for AEC professionals to find the information they need, faster than ever.
To access the new Help Chatbot, you must first download AVAIL 5.0, currently available to customers as a Preview Release.
To utilize the Help Chatbot feature, simply select the question mark icon at the top right of your AVAIL Desktop screen, and the AVAIL Help Chatbot window will appear. Ask the Help Chatbot anything about AVAIL and receive immediate, accurate answers.
Whether you’re a seasoned AVAIL user or just getting started, the Help Chatbot makes it even easier to educate yourself on AVAIL features or problem solve issues. Plus, it offers assistance whenever you need it, directly in AVAIL Desktop.
