We are ecstatic to get this latest release of the AVAIL Desktop (4.0) in your hands. It’s one of those releases that once you start using it you’ll find it hard to remember (or want to look back at) the old version. It’s ironic that we’ve added several new major features to AVAIL while managing to simplify the interface. It’s a testament to the design and engineering team (Brad, Donovan, Erika, Randall (me), Shelly, and Zach) and, I think, an indicator that we’ve done something right. After all, making software is fairly easy. Making great applications that people want to use is not.
